How do we service
you:

We will answer
all your queries through email immediately or within a maximum of 12
working hours including implementation issues.

In case
required, we provide free training of 3 hours to one of your authorized
representatives at our workshop in New Delhi, India.

We will
repair/maintain the software on the server for you at our cost while
sitting in our office. This is how we service all our clients world wide
without visiting them. Issues pertaining to your computer hardware are
not in our purview of service.

and above with Internet Explorer 6.0.
