will work from any computer/anywhere in the world including Cyber Cafes,
connected to the internet having Internet explorer 6.0 ver. And above
with your authorized ID and password.

Every customer
will have separate database residing on the web server and the backup
could be provided on demand through email attachment twice every month
without charge.

The software
will work uninterrupted provided there is no internet or system
failure.
How do we service
you:

We will answer
all your queries through email immediately or within a maximum of 12
working hours including implementation issues.

In case
required, we provide free training to one of your authorized
representatives at our workshop in New Delhi, India.

We will
repair/maintain the software on the server for you at our cost while
sitting in our office. This is how we service all our clients world wide
without visiting them. Issues pertaining to your computer hardware are
not in our purview of service.
