  2. Every customer will have separate database residing on the web server and the backup could be provided on demand through email attachment twice every month without charge.

  3. The software will work uninterrupted provided there is no internet or system failure.

How do we service you:

  1. We will answer all your queries through email immediately or within a maximum of 12 working hours including implementation issues.

  2. In case required, we provide free training to one of your authorized representatives at our workshop in New Delhi, India.
